At Cambri Collection, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, our return and refund process is designed to be simple and transparent.
Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

The items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

If you received the wrong item, or your package was damaged during delivery, please contact our customer service immediately with photo evidence. Claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Without proof, we are unable to issue a refund, credit, or replacement.
Return Method
All returns are handled by mail only. We do not accept in-store returns for online purchases at this time.
Return Label
A prepaid return shipping label is included in every package. To return an item:

Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

Attach the prepaid return label.

Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location listed on the label.
If you have misplaced the return label, please contact us to request a new one.
Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee. Returns are completely free of charge for qualifying items. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if the wrong item was ordered.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.

Transit typically takes 4-7 business days, for a total delivery time of 5-10 business days.

We ship only within the United States with free shipping under the method "Free Shipping".

Damaged Packages
If your package was damaged during delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service. Claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Without proof, we cannot issue a refund, credit note, or replacement.
